Edition #145

June 23rd, 2026

What's this?! A formal edition of Email Paradise?! Landing in your inbox?? At the end of June??

Teehee.

Okay, it's really not funny, but there's absolutely a lesson in all of this, so buckle up, buttercup.

I spent MONTHS in a creative block. The last *official* edition of Email Paradise was sent on November 11th, 2025. And yiiiikes that hurts to admit in writing.

But life was life-ing pretty hard, and ya know what? I refuse to beat myself up over it (because I would NEVER badger a client for dropping the ball on their emails, so why would I be mean to myself over it?!)

I was also, quite bluntly, tired of talking about email marketing all the dang time. Plus, my creativity was just... nonexistent.

So I've spent the last few months figuring ish out, hiring a team to support me with client work, and a looooot of time working on creative endeavors outside of work.

And it worked! I've got a bajillion things I want to talk to you about, lots to share with you, and tbh, I'm just glad to be back <3

The first thing I wanna share with you is a teaser about my latest newsletter offer. Because it is lighting me TFFFFF up lately.

It's a three-tiered offer (one for e-comm founders, one for service pros, and one for local business owners). And before you start thinking,

"Aireanna, you're insane. You cannot just launch 3 different offers at the same time."

πŸ—£οΈ HEAR ME OUT!!! πŸ—£οΈ

They all serve the same purpose but meet three different audience needs perfectly.

E-comm founders: Personal brands are all the rage lately, so more founder-facing content. Aka newsletters from the founder themselves. But they don't have time to write up things they've said in podcasts, press, and other verbal marketing. That's where I come in πŸ‘‹πŸΌ

Service pros: Typically prefer to write their own emails, but they don't know where & how to START. They need the strategy, planning, and a couple ideas to get them started. Again, that's where I come in πŸ‘‹πŸΌ

Local businesses (brick & mortar): They need people in the community to know what's happening, when it's happening, and which market they're gonna be at next. More of a monthly update vibe to get started -- and then ideally grow from there. Again, heeey πŸ‘‹πŸΌ

But the core problem being solved is the same: building brand reputation, connecting with their peeps, and selling sh*t. Which is my specialty.

TL;DR: I'll be yapping your ear off in the coming weeks about this AAAAANNNNDDDD sharing tips for you to get your newsletter off the ground, no matter which category above you fall under. 😌

Over the next few weeks, I'll be sharing bite-sized advice, education, and questions to help YOU launch (or re-launch) and LOVE your newsletter.

But before we can get into the strategy side of things, we gotta start with the super duper basic questions:

  • What's something you WANT to write about on a weekly basis? Something you're passionate about & always find yourself yapping about (NOT RELATED TO YOUR BIZ!!)

  • What's something your dreamy "HOLY F*CK I CANNOT BELIEVE I SIGNED THEM" orrrrr "HOLY F*CK SO-AND-SO JUST PLACED AN ORDER" needs to be educated on before they can feel comfy spending money on you?

  • Are you more of a writer or a visual person? What inspires you? Curating roundups? Braindumping on a topic? Yapping on a podcast? On socials? I PROMISE there's a way to turn literally anything into a newsletter concept.

What works for me might not work for you. And vice versa! But figuring out what you wanna do is the basic foundation of building a newsletter strategy you'll WANT to stay consistent with.

Simply put: you will NOT be inspired to write if you don't know what threads to pull on and what format your brain is inspired by the most.

Set a timer and journal for just 10 mins (you have the time, I promise!!!) Next week, I'll tell ya what to do with your answers.

One of the best ways to get out of my overthinking phase and just get words in the empty g-doc, is by brain dumping.

It's the core of... well, literally everything I do as a writer. And ik that since you're on this list, you may not call yourself a writer, but you DO wanna be a better writer so you can market yourself better and, in turn, make more money. Yeah? Cool.

Here's your low-lift Creative Writing Challenge for the week:

Grab a notebook, head outside (or to your local coffee shop, favorite brewery, wherever you'll run into people!) and pick 1 person to write a backstory on.

What do they do for work? Why are they also where you're at? What's their passion in life? What's stressing them out today? Where's their dream vacation?

Get SUPER specific and write down as MANY details as you can until the page is full. That's it (:

[I'm writing a short email to explain the psychology behind doing this and how it helps you become a better writer, so keep an eye out for that later this week!!!]

πŸ“š Currently reading... Unfu*k Yourself: Get Out of Your Head and into Your Life. I read this a few years back & thought it was so profound. Now, it just feels like generic advice I've heard a million times. It's an easy read tho πŸ€·πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ

🎢 Currently listening to... Sanctuary by Evanescence!!! Have you listened to it?!?! If not, drop everything. You Need To!!! If yes -- what's your favorite song?? πŸ‘€

πŸ’‘ Currently recommending... that you like my posts on IG because I've been being more consistent lately and the encouragement is beyond appreciated πŸ₯Ή (& I always share that same love back!!)

😍 Currently obsessing over... chainmail!!!! I finished a triangle top recently and I'm working on a cutie mini corset that I'm hooooping to finish by Pride this weekend even tho my thumb is effed up 🀞🏼

The lesson in all of this: I need to focus on marketing AE Marketing with the same level of care, appreciation, and dedication that I show to my clients.

And it starts with this first step. Sending the official re-launch of EP (:

Catch ya on the next wave,

Edition #149 July 21st, 2026 Guess whaaaaat Reader?? Dead Reckoning is live 😏 I'm BEYOOOONNND excited, but I gotta be real with ya: This is only the FIRST iteration. I plan to add more to the sales page once I get my brand photos (πŸ‘€πŸ‘€) back from my photog I'm planning on renaming the offers. I didn't think I needed to originally, but they're a bit more different than I realized. The local businesses subpage isn't ready yet 🫣 Nor is the streamlined Dubsado workflow 🫣 LOOOOOKKK, I ran into some...

Hey, hi, hello! If you haven't read this week's Email Paradise (EP), you miiiiight be a lil out of the loop (go read it!!!!) but this is the fourth (!!!) edition of a bonus add-on where I share the psych behind the creative writing prompt shared earlier in the week. Reminder of this week's prompt in case you haven't done it yet: Pull up a page on your website or a recent social media post and see where you can add more visual and descriptive language into it. Edition #148 July 14th, 2026 Womp, womp, womp. 90% of the 4-part sales page for Dead Reckoning has been finished, but unfortunately, I underestimated how much time it was gonna take me to finish πŸ˜† But I am suuuuuper proud of how it's all coming together so far!! So here's a couple of my favorite lines: For e-comm founders: "The most successful e-commerce founders are often trapped in operational tasks and simply don’t have the time to build the personal brand authority they know they need to...
